SAML Single Sign-On

Enterprise customers can now configure SAML SSO with popular identity providers:

Audit logs

Track every action across your workspace:

  • Who viewed, created, or modified a ticket
  • Status and assignment changes
  • Member and role changes

Export logs as CSV for compliance and security reviews.

Granular roles

Building on DeskHelp's role system, you can now fine-tune what each member can do — from agents who only handle tickets to admins who manage billing and team settings.
