Your profile

Open Settings to manage your account. From here you can update your display name, change your email, update your password, and manage security options like multi-factor authentication.

Roles in a workspace

Within a team workspace, each member has a role that controls what they can do:

• Owner — full access, including team settings, billing, and removing members.
• Member — can work tickets and collaborate, without access to billing or destructive settings.

Owners can change a member's role from the Members page at any time.

Leaving or deleting

You can leave a workspace from your settings. Owners can also delete a workspace entirely — this permanently removes the workspace and all of its tickets, so use it with care.
