Inviting your team

Add agents to your workspace and assign them roles.

DeskHelp is built for teams. Invite your agents so you can assign tickets and share the workload.

Sending invitations

  1. In your workspace, open Members in the sidebar.
  2. Click Invite members.
  3. Enter each teammate's email address and pick a role.
  4. They'll receive an invitation to join the workspace.

Roles

Roles control what a member can do:

  • Owner — full control, including billing and deleting the workspace.
  • Member — can work tickets and collaborate with the team.

You can change a member's role at any time from the Members page.

Why it matters

Once your team is in the workspace, you can assign tickets to specific agents — making it clear who owns each request. See Assigning & collaborating in the Tickets section.
